RedTail Dance Team wins first place at The Dance Challenge

CEDAR RAPIDS–On Saturday, February 24, 2024, the RedTail Dance Team traveled to Cedar Rapids to compete in The Dance Challenge hosted by Kirkwood Community College where they received first place for their performances. The dancers competed in three routines which consisted of jazz, hip-hop, and pom.

Assistant coach Dylan Rohlfsen said, "The girls danced amazingly with sharp movements and amazing facials!" Overall, it was a successful competition, and their girls are excited for what is next. 

They will continue to practice, as this is their last competition before the dance team travels to Daytona Beach, Florida, for their debut at nationals on April 10, 2024.
