The RedTail JV Men’s Golf Team Tied for Fifth Place in the Storm Spring Classic

INDIANOLA-The RedTail JV Men's Golf Team tied for fifth place out of the nine teams in the Storm Spring Classic on April 10, 2024. Their total score was 319 points. It was a beautiful day for a golf tournament, and the men had a fantastic time. Head coach Micah Destival said, "We finally had a fantastic day for weather." 

Individually, Emil Christensen won the tournament with a score of 71. Festival said, "Emil took advantage by winning the tournament by one shot." Congratulations Emil on your win at the tournament. 

Mauricio Jimenez came in 12th place with a score of 77. Nash Arbuckle got 82 points giving him 27th place. Andrew Jones came in 45th place (89 points). Ethan Yu got 97 points, which gave him 49th place overall. 

Festival said, "Everyone had good stretches of holes and it was nice to see some growth with their games." The men's golf team will be headed to Orange City on Monday, April 15, for the Raiders Men's Invitational.
