RedTails Blow By UNI Club Team 6-1

WATERLOO--The RedTail Men's Soccer team defeated the University of Northern Iowa Men's Soccer Club on Sunday by a score of 6-1

Freshman Robert Lodge led the RedTails with four goals, with Brandon Savage and Will Ansah chipping in the other two.

Ansah contributed an assist as well. Conal Burnett and Kai Smalley also had one assist a piece.

"[It was] good to put numbers on the board and use some lads who haven't got many minutes so far," said head coach Robbie Carrol. "A good game to send us into conference play on Wednesday."

The win pushes the team to 2-1 on the season.

The RedTails will be back in action on September 18 at home against Southeastern Community College.
