RedTail Men’s Soccer Takes Win Against Southeastern

The RedTails traveled to West Burlington on Wednesday, October 11, to win 2-1 against the Southeastern Blackhawks. 

The RedTails played an aggressive game against the Blackhawks. Both of the goals were made in the first period, setting the right attitude for the rest of the match. Augustin Sisti made the first goal unassisted, kicking off the scoring for the game. Sisti then assisted Anders Lauridsen on making the second and final goal for the RedTails. The Blackhawks also had made one goal in the first period, leaving the game 2-1. 

Assistant Coach Robert Lodge had some positive words after the match.

"It was a great win especially at the time of the year heading into the offseason," he said. "The confidence we can take from this can really drive a strong end to the season."

The RedTails final match of the season is on Wednesday, October 18, at Scott Community College, starting at 2:30pm.
