RedTail Sports Shooting Welcomes William Rogers

DIKE, IA — Hawkeye Community College is thrilled to announce the addition of William Rogers from Dike-New Hartford to the sports shooting team. Rogers will be joining the RedTail community in 2024 and will be a valuable asset to the college's sports shooting program.

Rogers, a graduate of Dike-New Hartford High School, has a passion for sports shooting, specializing in Trap, Skeet, and Sporting Clays. With six years of experience in the sport, Rogers has honed his skills and is eager to take his talents to the collegiate level.

In addition to his dedication to sports shooting, Rogers has chosen to pursue a major in Auto Collision at Hawkeye Community College. His commitment to both academics and athletics exemplifies the well-rounded and determined individuals that make up the RedTail community.

"I have been shooting for 6 years now, and I am very excited to shoot at the collegiate level," he said. "I am excited to meet new people and continue to improve my shooting abilities."
