Female Athlete of the Week-Anna Becker

RedTail Bowling student-athlete Anna Becker has been named Scheels Female Athlete of the Week for her performance at the V-Hawk Invitational in La Crosse, Wisconsin on February 10th and 11th.

Anna was our top finisher for the women's team in the Viterbo Invite in La Crosse, coming in 7th place. Anna had scores of 155, 168, 200, 177, and 192 finishing with a total of 892, averaging 178.4.

"Anna throws a strong ball with a lot of speed and that power helped her knock some pins down this weekend, said head coach Roger Taylor. "Anna is one of our most consistent players and she is good at keeping the ball in play, close to the head pin and if she doesn't strike, she does a good job at leaving herself makeable spares."

Becker is originally from Vinton, IA.
