RedTail Women’s Golf Came in Fifth Place at the Storm Spring Classic

INDIANOLA-RedTail women's golf came in fifth place with 373 points out of the 10 teams that participated in the Storm Spring Classic on April 10, 2024. The RedTails had some great weather for a golf tournament, and it was a really fun course for the women. Head coach Micah Destival said, "We had a great day playing golf and the women had fun at Indianola Country Club." 

Individually, Olivia Hammel came in 17th place with 89 points. Chase Dolan was not far behind, as she got 19th place with 90 points. Bailey Nuss and Libby Larkin both scored 97 points, so they tied for 32nd place. Lauren Funk came in 39th place with 99 points. 

Destival said, "All of them did some good things as we look to improve a few areas of their game before the district tournament in a couple of weeks." The women will be at the Mount Mercy Invite in Cedar Rapids on Monday, April 15. Go RedTails!
