Ella Hron Signs with RedTail Women’s Wrestling

ANKENY–Ella Hron of Ankeny Centennial High School has signed her letter of intent to continue her academic and athletic career at Hawkeye Community College.

"I'm excited to come be a part of the first women's wrestling team at Hawkeye," says Hron.

The incoming RedTail has been around wrestling for quite some time as she claims wrestling has played a role all her life. Hron claims she was the men's wrestling manager all through high school and has been wrestling ever since the women's sport was sanctioned in Iowa.

Hron plans to major in a health-related field throughout her time at Hawkeye Community College.
