RedTail Women’s Soccer Win against Upper-Iowa

FAYETTE–The RedTail women's soccer team won against Upper-Iowa on April 10, 2024, with a total score of 1-0.

Morgan Aikey scored the goal for the RedTails, and she was assisted by her teammate, Jordyn Van Rensburg. It was a beautiful day for soccer, and the women played very hard to get the win. 

"The women had two tough games in three days and for them to come out with two wins against very strong programs, really speaks volumes about this group of players," said head coach Chris Rennie. "This was a hard-fought victory, where again the players showed a strong mentality and unbelievable passion to grind out the win." 

The women will be playing on April 21 at Mount Mercy for their next game.
