RedTails Take The Win Against Southeastern Community College

The RedTails played four intense and close sets against the Blackhawks and took the win (3-1).

The atmosphere during this match was electric as the fans watched this nail-biting match. The beginning of the first set started off close in score, but the RedTails took off in points and got the win (25-17). The RedTails and Blackhawks went back and forth in the second set, but the Blackhawks took the win (25-23). The RedTails won the third set (25-23) and blew away the Blackhawks in the fourth set (25-16), taking the overall win. 

Head coach Tyann Wolfensperger had some positive words after the match. 

"It was a good fight by the girls," she said. "Ellie and Jade had a great night offensively and Lexi defensively." "It was a great environment in the gym with some outstanding fans."

The RedTails next matchup is on Saturday, September 16, at Illinois Central College, starting at 1:00pm.
