The RedTails traveled to Iowa Falls on Wednesday, September 28, to compete against the Ellsworth Panthers. 

The RedTails put up a good fight in a tough match against a team with good defense and offense skills. The first set was a close one with the Panthers taking the win (22-25). The second set was a bit more challenging, the RedTails fought but the Panthers took the second win (19-25). The third set was slightly better but the Panthers took the lead and then the win (20-25), giving them the overall match win (0-3). 

Head coach Tyann Wolfensperger had some positive words after the match. 

"Unfortunately we fell short in a lot of aspects of the game," she said. "Hopefully this will help motivate the girls with the big matches we have coming up."

The RedTails next match up will be against DMACC on Wednesday, October 4, starting at 6:00pm.
