Cedar Falls Senior Madison Larsen Signs with RedTail Cross Country

WATERLOO - The Hawkeye Community College RedTails welcome Cedar Falls High School standout Madison Larsen to the RedTail family.

The long-distance runner will be joining both the Women's Cross Country and Track & Field teams for the RedTails for the 2018-2019 season. Larson was a member of the 2017 Cedar Falls cross country team that placed 9th in the 4A girls division. Larsen has run a PR of 15:50 in the 4K and 19:39 in the 5K. Larsen was also a member of the Cedar Falls girls track & field team that placed 5th in 4A in 2017.

Larsen is the daughter of Craig and Lori Larsen of Cedar Falls. She is an honor roll student at Cedar Falls High School and plans to enroll in the Nursing Program at Hawkeye Community College next fall.
