RedTails Cross Country Teams competed in the Mustang Gallop

The RedTails traveled to Cedar Rapids, on Friday, August 30, to compete in the Mustang Gallop.
The RedTails men's team had an average time of 21:18 with a total of 202 points, with Brennan Sager leading the team with a time of 17:50 and placing 52nd individually. Samuel Brace followed behind him with a time of 20:03 and placed 73rd. Travis Brace had a time of 26:02 and 77th.
Rosel Wardell competed for the RedTail women's team and had a time of 22:42 and placed 40th.
Coach Enright had some things to say following the race.
"The first meet for the RedTails went great! It was some tough competition on both the men's and women's side but a beautiful night for a cross country meet. On the men's side, Brennen Sager ran a consistent race to finish as the top RedTail and Roselle Wardell had a great first college race for the women's side."
The RedTails next competition will be the John Kurtt Invite in Waverly on September 07.
