RedTails Cross Country Competes in the Region 11 Championships

The RedTails men's and women's cross-country teams ran into the Region 11 Championships on October 25. With limited rosters, both teams were only able to bring three runners combined. However, this didn't stop the competitive spirit of these athletes. Coach Scott Roberts shared info on the team.
"We had a very small cross-country team this year, and some of the women we were planning to bring over from track to participate in regionals are also wrestlers and were both injured last week. Also, Darcee O'Loughlin had surgery on Friday, so we only had one competing on the women's side. Roselle Wardell did very well, earning Honorable Mention All-Region while setting a collegiate personal best in the race. We are excited for her future both on the track and in the next cross-country season."
"On the men's side, we did bring two guys over from track; both are sprinters who ran in the race. Brennen Sager set a collegiate best in the 8K and ran very well and was aggressive."
