Reagan Mimetz Signs with RedTail Sport Shooting

NEW GLARUS – Reagan Mimetz has committed to the Hawkeye RedTail Sports Shooting team for the 2025-2026 season.

Mimetz attends New Glarus High School in New Glarus, Wisconsin. She has been competing in sports shooting since she was in 8th grade, shooting traps, skeet, and sporting clays. She will be an elementary education transfer here at Hawkeye next fall. 

"As someone who has played traditional sports throughout high school (softball, basketball, and volleyball), I found the challenge of clay target sports unmatched in its ability to positively drive me in all facets of my life," Mimetz said. "I am really looking forward to continuing with my education at Hawkeye!
