Women’s Bowling Places 8th at Cedar Valley Invite

WATERLOO- The RedTails competed in the Cedar Valley Invite on October 9-10 and placed eight with a total of 5870.

Stephanie Burge led the RedTails, scoring 851 pins and averaging 170.2 per game. Madison Shontz was the next highest,  scoring 815 and averaging 163 pins per game. Whitney Morse scored a total of 813 pins, averaging 162.6. Hannah Axline scored a total of 812, averaging 162.4 pins. 

"The ladies battled both days to the best of their abilities," says coach Heath Kohl. "The long format ran us about 12 hours both days and tore them from the top up. It's still early in the year, but the grit and determination in these ladies only will lead to future success."

Next up for the RedTails is the 5 Seasons Classic on October 30-31.
