Female Athlete of the Week – Callie Smedley

RedTail Bowling's Callie Smedley has been named the Scheels Female Athlete of the Week for her exceptional performance at the Kegel Midwest Collegiate Classic.

Callie led the team over the weekend, finishing 105th out of 310 players. She posted scores of 175, 175, 202, 145, and 161 for a total of 858, averaging 171.6 pins per game—20 pins higher than her season average of 151.

"Callie always makes things fun during tournaments with her cheerful personality, and Saturday during the individual games was no exception. She stayed focused and showed strong improvement," said head coach Roger Taylor.

Callie Smedley is originally from Waterloo.
