RedTails at 5-0 After Defeating Iowa Lakes
The RedTails remain undefeated after a hard-fought 3-0 win (25-18, 25-20, 25-17) over Iowa Lakes in Estherville on Tuesday, February 2.
The blue and orange showed up strong at the net on Tuesday night, with a team kill percentage of .277 compared to Iowa Lakes .165. Emily Clapp and Amber Rickert led the RedTails offensively, tallying 13 and 14 kills for the night. Bailey Hoff led the RedTails defense with 24 digs on the night.
"Iowa lakes did a great job being in system on serve receive," said head coach Tyann Caspers. "The RedTails did a great job defending and scoring effectively and efficiently on offense."
Next up, the RedTails travel to Boone to take on Des Moines Area Community College.
